curia regis international

the strategy and insights company. the wedge.

from gary, with ron, 2026-05-02. naming finalized same day.

what it is

curia regis international is a global advisory firm advancing AI organizational strategy and institutional design for the world's most pioneering leaders across enterprise and governance.

very high ticket price.

that is the entire front-door line. no adjective stacking. no value pre-justification. the price and the people communicate the value. if you have to be sold on it, you are not the customer.

if implementation is needed, we will discuss implementation. until then, we are a strategy and insights company.

why this name

curia regis is latin for the king's court — the small council the medieval english monarchy retained to advise the throne. the naming is load-bearing, not branding flourish. the company exists to be the council kings retain.

internal frames that map to this: strategy for kings. daniel as a service. we receive from god for the client, refine, give them the playbook, give them the heads up, give them the warning. we interpret the king's dreams.

why this is the wedge (and not implementation)

gary has been here before. last year the working assumption was that everyone needs ai implementation. they do not. a lot of people need to chill, fix fundamentals, and fire the useless department before they spend a dollar on a model.

strategy is the upstream act. implementation is trivial once strategy is right, and we already have the best implementation people in the world (travis, christophe, meta-hi for niche-specific work). implementation is downstream, well-specced, only after the client is excited and informed and treating us as their guys. and only at price points that make project management non-stressful.

embodiment and coaching is a third, separate service.

the ontology, in order of leverage:

layerwhat it iswho pays
strategy + insights (this offering)receive, refine, deliver the playbook, monthly calls to keep the client in the informationcuria regis international clients
embodiment (separate)coaching the leaderbespoke
implementation (downstream)well-specced, often white-labeled through partnersdiscrete project pricing

upstream wins. strategy is for kings.

the pricing anchors

these are not aspirational numbers. they are the numbers gary and ron already commanded once at alpha. we are returning to them, deliberately, with a sharper container.

  • ~$120k/month to be in good graces. the retainer line.
  • $200k for a strategy session package.
  • $100k for a weekend strategy detox.

two or three clients at this level cover the ecosystem with no guilt. travel, content, the creative incubator, the longer pegasus equity plays — all funded from the wedge.

we make millions whiteboarding. that is the model.

why us

the wedge claim: you do not want to make ai decisions without running them by gary. you may spend millions on the wrong thing, you may waste years finding the wrong strategist, you may be dead before you can try again.

why gary. already advising the catholic church and alpha schools on ai strategy. recruited by openschool. top graduate of the most elite ai engineering bootcamp. the top ai engineers gary respects say he curates the best of the best. travis oliphant — one of the godfathers of ai — endorsed gary and ron on record as the team going to compete with apple and google. the deck is sometimes literally that screenshot.

why ron. billionaires already outsource strategy to him. became vp of alpha schools within a month of representing alpha. master of why new solutions get adopted in the first place — the human side of design, packaging, rollout, co-creation with the community.

why us together. a solution that is both technologically sound and culturally adoptable. without us, you build something no one uses. with us, you do not waste your money.

operating discipline

this is how we work, and how curia regis international protects itself from drift:

  • stop public publishing of strategic writing. gate it privately to paying clients. public writing is a barrier to entry for the people we want and a target on our back.
  • do not lead with referrals. referral work is a side income stream, not the main business. our divine edge is being the only ai guy a small number of essential people deeply trust.
  • async by default. ron or gary works independently for a long stretch, then we sanity-check on a small sliver in person or on a call, then it ships to a designer or editor. no fake process.
  • two to three clients is enough. eat from the wedge, funnel the surplus to creatives on at-will, ip-owned contracts. the whole thing functions as a creative incubator on top of a strategy floor.
  • walk away when the client does not see it. dynamic pricing is reserved for ultra-high-leverage super-connectors who function as our infinite bdr (e.g. a sean-tier introduction layer).

relationship to imagos

curia regis international is the commercial wedge inside the imagos ecosystem. it is not imagos. imagos is the incubator for cultural enterprise — the equity-and-partnership engine that builds pegasus teams around human unicorns. curia regis international is the cash-flow front door that funds imagos's longer game.

the relationship in one line: imagos incubates. curia regis international advises. the same two people, two different commercial postures.
