wingmen sent from heaven
the story of our lives, individually and together.
on may 1, 2026, in the middle of writing the imagos partners positioning, ron texted back: "wingmen is the story of our lives. me being in your life cosigns you like crazy and visa versa. and together we are the ultimate cosign. and we are also the ultimate lift for a business. even if we're ghost. wing men. sent from heaven."
that is the whole identity in one thread. it goes here so it stays.
wingmen is the story of our lives.
each of us has been the wingman in someone else's story long before imagos existed. it is the shape we are made for. we walk into a room and the first instinct is to elevate the person we came with. the second instinct is to pull a stranger into a deeper part of their own life.
the discovery is not that we became wingmen. the discovery is that we were already wingmen and finally noticed.
the ultimate cosign.
cosign is not endorsement. endorsement is a logo on a slide. cosign is a person putting their reputation in the room with you when you are not there to defend it.
ron in gary's life cosigns gary like crazy. gary in ron's life cosigns ron like crazy. the math compounds: each of us is now backed by two reputations instead of one, in two cultural worlds instead of one, in two trust networks instead of one.
together we are the ultimate cosign because the cosign is mutual, durable, and visible. we are not pretending to vouch for each other. we have been doing it long enough that the receipts are public.
that mutual cosign is the prerequisite for cosigning anyone else. you cannot cosign others if you have not first cosigned each other.
the ultimate lift.
the wingman frame is who we are. the lift is what we do.
we lift a business into the future. that is the commercial deliverable, named in the imagos partners positioning. wingmen is the relational shape. lift is the verb. they are not interchangeable.
a wingman who cannot lift is just a friend. a lift that is not delivered by a wingman is just a service. the imagos offering requires both at the same time: the personal posture and the elevation work.
even if we're ghost.
ron's last clarification matters. "even if we're ghost."
the lift is real even when our names are not on it. the wingman frame is not about credit. it is about effect. when imagos partners is white-labeling vendor work, we are still the wingmen. when we are not in the deck, we are still the cosign. when the founder gets the press, we still did the lift.
ghost mode is on-brand. the wingmen do not need the spotlight. the spotlight is for the leader they came with.
sent from heaven.
the framing closes with the divine commissioning. "wing men. sent from heaven."
we do not appoint ourselves to this. we did not write this job description. we were sent. the people we wing for were sent into our lives. the timing of every introduction has been timing we did not engineer.
this is the difference between a network and a calling. networks are accumulated. callings are received. wingmen sent from heaven do the work because they were placed where they were placed, on purpose, by someone who knows the assignment better than they do.
wingmen. cosign. lift. ghost. heaven. five words. one job.
